Standard Returns

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be returned in appropriate condition and may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an item that is damaged or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, eligible damaged or incorrect items may be replaced free of charge.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

Final-sale items have a separate 14-business-day refund period.

Eligible final-sale returns must meet the applicable return conditions.

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
